Pumps
High-performance pump supply and engineering consultancy compliant with ISO and API standards for your industrial processes.

Reliable Pump Supply
SAPRA provides comprehensive pump supply services for the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, water treatment, and steel industries. Our range of products compliant with ISO and API standards is selected specifically according to your project’s requirements.
We select the most suitable pump type based on operating conditions, application requirements, and performance specifications, and manage the entire procurement process from start to finish.
Pump Types

1. Centrifugal Pumps
Centrifugal pumps are dynamic pumps that transfer energy to a fluid through the centrifugal force generated by a rotating impeller. They are the most widely used pump type in industrial applications and are extensively used in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and water treatment industries.

2. Multistage Pumps
Multistage pumps are used in applications requiring high pressure. The fluid passes through multiple impellers arranged in series to achieve the required pressure. They are commonly preferred for high-rise building pressurization, boiler feed, water transmission lines, and industrial processes.

3. High-Speed Pumps
High-speed pumps are centrifugal pumps driven by a gearbox mechanism positioned between the pump shaft and the motor. They are specifically designed for applications requiring low flow rates and high pressure and can provide heads of up to 1,000 meters.

4. Sealless Pumps
Sealless pumps are centrifugal pumps that operate without mechanical seals or gland packing. They create a completely leak-tight pressure boundary using a static containment shell. They are ideal for critical applications involving hazardous, toxic, or valuable fluids.

5. Positive Displacement Pumps
Positive displacement pumps transfer a fixed volume of fluid within an enclosed chamber. Also known as volumetric pumps, they transfer energy to the fluid by periodically increasing and decreasing their working volume. They are ideal for viscous fluids, precision dosing, and applications requiring high pressure.

6. Vertical Pumps
Vertical pumps are ideal for applications with limited floor space and deep suction conditions. They are widely used for well water, seawater intake, condensate recovery, and sump drainage applications.

7. Specialty Pumps
These pumps are designed for specialized application requirements beyond standard pump designs. They are used in critical applications such as fire-fighting systems, cryogenic liquefied gas transfer, and abrasive environments.
Standards and Quality Assurance
All pumps we supply are manufactured in accordance with internationally recognized standards. Depending on your project requirements, we offer products compliant with the following standards:
- API 610 / API 674 / API 675 / API 676
- ISO 2858 / ISO 5199 / ISO 13709
- ASME
- NFPA (for fire pumps)
- UL / FM (for fire pumps)
